We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Manager to oversee our operations and drive the success of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring efficient business practices, and fostering a positive work environment.
This role would also suit an ambitious person that wanted to develop themselves in business and has the possibility to lead to promotion to Director in line with the company's expansion plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement necessary changes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Operate our current book keeping system (Xero).
- Operate our current payroll system (Xero).
- Operate and manage company comms, including email, paper mail, SM mail, Whatsapp groups, etc.
- Liase between Marketing Manager & Company Director to facilitate marketing plan.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing operations.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Proficient in project management and organisational skills.
