Corporate Receptionist Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00
We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional front-desk support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and a friendly demeanour to represent our company effectively. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations, including signing in visitors and maintaining visitor logs
- Handle mail distribution, courier services, and organise deliveries as required
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where necessary
- Maintain organised reception area and ensure all supplies are stocked and tidy
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Support other administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Demonstrated knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Good telephone etiquette with professional communication skills
- Able to work on their own - single receptionist site
