Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our Bristol‑based team. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified electrician with proven supervisory experience and a strong background in reactive maintenance. This role is primarily office‑based, with some site visits across the UK.
You will be joining one of the largest contractors in the petrol forecourt and EV charging sector, with strong opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily work for electricians nationwide
- Manage reactive maintenance and project‑based tasks
- Liaise with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
- Arrange and order materials required for jobs
- Support engineers by troubleshooting technical and operational issues
- Conduct occasional site visits as required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and reactive maintenance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to problem‑solve and support engineers remotely
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
Sector Experience
Experience within the petrol station forecourt sector or EV charging infrastructure is highly desirable.
