Working pattern: 3 full days - 9am to 5pm Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays
Our Stratford Outpatients services are base at Stratford Healthcare Centre and supports Community Adult Mental Health Services delivering clinical out-patient and home treatment care to the local South Warwickshire communities.
Who we’re Seeking: We’re looking for applicants ideally with previous admin/reception experience to join our current admin team in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers, supporting the growing demand for provision of care within adult mental health services.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.
The Job Role: Providing effective reception support within a busy out-patients service, dealing with patient facing and clinical team queries, managing complex phone queries and providing comprehensive message taking. Accurate data inputting/management of our electronic care records system (SystmOne), managing clinic room bookings, sending appointment letters, scanning, uploading, printing, as well as other general day to day admin duties and the ability to exercise judgement and work unsupervised to meet deadlines.

Skills and Experience: Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office systems is essential, whilst training will be provided for in-house systems and processes such as SystmOne, etc.
Previous experience of working within a busy outpatients service is desirable but not essential. You will need to demonstrate excellent communications skills, with confidence to speak to people sensitively and compassionately via phone calls and face to face, on a daily basis.
You may be required to travel to attend training, for which travel expenses would be paid.
