Site Operative / Valeter – Motor Trade (Doncaster)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative/Valeter to join our busy Fleet team in Doncaster, supporting brands including Volvo, BYD, Polestar, and SEAT/CUPRA. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essential Requirements
- Full, valid driving licence
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving vehicles from transporters and checking for discrepancies, faults, or damage
- Managing site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard ahead of customer delivery
- Working closely with the Fleet Admin team to ensure all documentation is correctly completed and assigned
- Collaborating with Fleet Drivers to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready for delivery
