We are seeking a motivated and professional Junior Sales Negotiator to join our well renowned sales team ; Charles Bainbridge.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in estate agency & sales. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the sales process, conducting in person viewings, negotiating offers and selling property throughout Canterbury.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing buyer enquiries and arranging viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
- Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Previous estate agency sales experience preferred
- Sales progression experience essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivated, organised, and proactive approach
- Ability to thrive in a busy and competitive market
- Full UK driving licence & use of own car
