Female Support Worker – Driver Essential
We are looking for a caring, compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting individuals to live happy, fulfilling and independent lives. You will be empathetic towards each person's individual needs and understand the importance of providing person centred support with dignity, respect and kindness.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support, helping individuals with their day to day activities and encouraging independence. You will build positive relationships, work alongside colleagues and adapt your approach to meet individual needs.

- Is female and able to drive, with a full UK driving licence.

Our support workers will be expected to:
- Cooperate with the House manager, Area manager and Service Manager in providing a happy, caring, and secure home life for the individuals, together with a well-structured programme of leisure activities and sociable events.
- Promote and adhere to the workplace values of Anheddau (caring, dignity and respect, learning and reflection, commitment to quality care and support)
- Build positive relationships with families and friends of those who are using our services that demonstrate that we care about the work we do in supporting people to live the best possible life day to day.
- Record and report about a person you are assisting progress, including any issues which may need further help or support
- To contribute to the implementation of support plans with a person who is accessing our services and (where required) their families, that fully involves them and reflects their strengths, needs and assists them in living the best possible life.
