An exciting new position for a Retail Lead position has arisen in the heart
of the community of Swiss Cottage . Green Light Pharmacy is a community
pharmacy that serves both our NHS and private patients. As we are co-
located with a private GP site, we do share a keen interest of offering an
exceptional service with a key focus being ‘well-being’. We carry a range
of luxury skincare brands including Caudalie, Le Roche Posay, Vichy and
are looking to expand. We have an extensive range of vitamins, probiotics
and over the counter medicated treatments for minor ailments. We are
looking for a Retail Lead to work closely with the Lead Pharmacist to help
us build on an already successful business. It is essential that they are an
enthusiastic, highly motivated, friendly individual with an interest in our
luxurious brands.
Your duties will include:
Providing customers/patients with an exceptional service. This will include
greeting them and dealing with their requests in an efficient manner and
signposting where necessary.
Providing customers with an in-depth knowledge of our luxury products for
sale. Training will be provided but an interest in this area is essential.
Providing customers with over the counter advise on the sale and supply
of pharmacy only treatments. Training will be provided, and it is
necessary the individual will complete this course.
Using EPOS for sales and our PMR system for the pharmacy dispensary
when needed.
Stock control and merchandising and liasing with Sales Reps .
General admin of daily business including cleaning, filing invoices,
answering the phone etc.
Schedule:
Day shift
Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 am -6pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
