Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to recipes and health regulations
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the kitchen and service floor
- Support team members in serving guests with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
- Manage inventory levels, assist with food production planning, and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience
Experience
- Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Prior restaurant or hotel experience demonstrating strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food production processes, kitchen operations, and hospitality standards
- Experience in serving guests with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Barista experience or bar service background is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
