Personal Assistant for young person during school holidays
The role involves supporting a child who presents with:

Global developmental delay

Mobility difficulties (unsteady on feet, prone to trips and falls)

Visual impairment (partially sighted, wears glasses)

Hearing impairment (uses hearing aids)
The child requires close supervision to ensure safety, particularly when out in the community, due to their mobility and sensory need.
Parents have stated that they would like the PA to support person during school holidays to ensure he is able to maintain a consistent routine.
They would like the worker to take person out into the community to access activities, such as visits to the park or structured activities advertised through the Local Offer.
Hours:
6 hours per week during school holidays
Hourly rate:
£17.15 for self-employed PA's.
