The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our customer journey from sale through to installation and aftercare.
This is a key role within the business, requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You will be the link between customers, surveyors, installers, service teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer contracts accurately and efficiently
- Collecting and tracking customer payments in line with agreed schedules
- Booking and coordinating customer surveys nationwide
- Scheduling installations and managing installer diaries
- Arranging service calls and aftercare visits
- Liaising with customers to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
- Communicating with surveyors, installers, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the wider operations team with administrative and coordination tasks
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with contracts, payments, and scheduling
- Strong IT skills (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and booking systems)
- A team player who takes pride in their work and ownership of outcomes
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, administration, or customer service is desirable
