We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our growing team.
What we’re looking for
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
- Previous experience working as a barista in a busy café.
- Confident preparing a full range of espresso-based coffees to a consistently high standard.
- Excellent milk texturing and latte art skills.
- Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, grinder adjustment and dialling in.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Passion for great customer service and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and a great team player.
- Fluent English.
Your responsibilities
- Preparing exceptional coffee every time.
- Delivering friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Keeping the coffee station fully stocked and spotless.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent customer experience.
