The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, providing professional and customer-focused support while contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
About You!

You will be able to demonstrate:

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
-
Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other business systems.
-
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure and meet competing deadlines.
-
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing information and maintaining records.
-
The ability to work independently, use initiative and make informed decisions when appropriate.
-
A positive, resilient and flexible approach to work.
-
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute ideas to support service improvement.
Above all, you will share our commitment to delivering excellent customer service and embody the Council's Expected Behavioural Standards by putting customers first, taking responsibility, achieving results and working together.

We pride ourselves on our friendliness and being a good employer with a range of benefits and employment terms and conditions to suit you.
