We’re looking for caring, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our Ofsted-regulated Supported Accommodation service for young people aged 16–18.
This is a full-time role with a flexible rota that includes days, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, outreach hours, and occasional waking watch. No two days are the same – you’ll be supporting young people both in their home and out in the community.
What You’ll Do
- Support young people to build independence (budgeting, cooking, cleaning, tenancy skills)
- Encourage engagement in education, training, or employment
- Provide tailored outreach and emotional support
- Safeguard young people and maintain professional boundaries
- Help create a safe, welcoming home environment
- Keep clear records and contribute to support plans
About You
- Experience working with young people (essential)
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and reliable – willing to cover different shifts
- Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma-informed care
- Driving licence required (for outreach work)
