Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Administrator to join our team.
This is a part-time position, working Monday to Friday 9am to 2:30pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with compliance documentation, coordinating training programmes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties
- Maintaining project, client, staff and subcontractor information.
- Supporting Compliance Manager with ad hoc admin.
- Ensuring employee and subcontractor RAMs submissions.
- Supporting Directors and Project Managers with project related admin.
- Creating and issuing H&S paperwork, including RAMs and Policies.
- Producing work permits.
- Maintain subcontractor PPQ's and RAMs.
- Coordinate Training Courses.
- Procurement of safety equipment and PPE.
- Procurement of materials and plant.
- Other administrative tasks as required by the business.
Requirements
- Previous experience of administration within a construction environment is essential.
- Previous experience within an H&S focused role is desirable but no essential as training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong ability to use various online software's as well as Microsoft packages.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
