About Us
Homes Together is a group of residential care homes providing support to working age adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. We are now recruiting a Registered Manager for our services in Knaresborough and Harrogate.
What Does the Role Involve?
- Promoting the independence, health and wellbeing of our service users
- You will be the Registered Manager responsible for ensuring the service is running in compliance with regulating authorities and in line with the quality assurance framework
- Provide day to day management and supervision of staff
- Assess new service users and review existing packages to ensure needs and outcomes are met
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a holistic service
- Develop and manage rotas
- Work within a budget
What You Need
- Management experience in Health and Social Care
- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Have the ability to interpret and apply CQC fundamental standards
- To be experienced in performance management and staff development
- To have excellent IT skills
- To be able to work flexibly which includes working with the deputy manager on the on-call system
