Are you a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant looking for waking night work? Match Options is currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a residential care setting in Workington.
This is an excellent opportunity for carers who are passionate about delivering high quality, person centred support during night shifts within a calm and professional environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of personal care and emotional support throughout the night
- Support resident with mobility, continence care, repositioning, and general wellbeing
- Monitor resident and respond promptly to any concerns or changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and compliant care records
- Promote dignity, independence, comfort, and reassurance during waking night shifts
- Support resident living with dementia and other complex care needs where required
- Work collaboratively with the wider team
- Adhere to all safeguarding, infection control and health & safety policies
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working within a care home or with dementia
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
- Up-to-date mandatory training certificates completed within the last year
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
- Eligible to work in the UK - No sponsorship offered
