Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hair Stem Cell Transplant Doctor to perform Hair Stem Cell Transplantation (HST) procedures, provide high-quality patient consultations, and support our international clinics. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest clinical standards.
Duties
- Perform Hair Stem Cell Transplantation (HST) procedures.
- Carry out donor hair extraction using the HST technique.
- Perform accurate implantation of grafts to achieve natural-looking results.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments.
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
- Explain procedures, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare to patients.
- Ensure excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Work closely with nurses and the wider clinical team to ensure smooth patient care.
- Adhere to all clinical governance, infection control, and health and safety standards.
- Travel internationally to support HASCI clinics and perform treatments when required.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree with full registration and licence to practise.
- Excellent clinical and surgical skills.
- Strong communication and consultation skills.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are advantageous).
