Duties
- Support the Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of staff members to meet and exceed sales.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team culture.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Coordinate with management on inventory control, administrative tasks, and scheduling to optimize store productivity.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership presence.
1. Essential Qualifications
- Personal Licence (Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders – SCPLH)
- Required for authorising alcohol sales and running the premises legally.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Management Experience 1 - 2 years in a pub, running tills, cash management, stock management and handling of busy shifts

- Cash handling & till operation experience
- Customer service skills
- First Aid Certificate
- Cellar Management Training
- Leadership or Team Management Courses
- Proven management experience within a Pub environment.
