What You'll Do
- Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and resource forecasting activities.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
- Monitor staffing levels, productivity, and operational performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and workforce performance summaries.
- Support forecasting of staffing requirements based on business demand.
- Maintain workforce planning records and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with operational teams to support workforce planning initiatives.
- Help identify opportunities to improve scheduling, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with reporting on key workforce performance indicators.
- Support continuous improvement projects and planning processes.
- Ensure workforce planning activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, data analysis, workforce planning, scheduling, operations, customer service, business support, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and standard business software.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new systems and planning processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.

Pay: £2,900.00-£4,200.00 per month
