The Maintenance Painter & Decorator is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Manager with the internal and external maintenance of all buildings on the estate in a safe, cost effective and efficient manner ensuring a high standard of appearance and smooth running for the enjoyment and comfort of Champneys’ guests.
Some responsibilities include

Assist with maintaining the exterior and interior fabric of all buildings on the estate mainly decoration, to a high standard.

Assist with a programme of planned maintenance and ensure this is undertaken with minimum disruption to guests and facilities.

Assist with all general repairs with minimum disruption to guest services.
