Premium Cruises & Tours is expanding, and we’re looking for one dedicated team member to join our small, hardworking team in the heart of Cirencester. With a strong focus on cruising and escorted tours, we’re seeking someone with previous travel industry experience — ideally with cruise knowledge — who can bring genuine passion, expertise and commitment to our growing business.
As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in shaping the future of Premium Cruises & Tours, and its sister brand - Swindon Travel Hub. You’ll share your enthusiasm for travel, deliver exceptional service, and help create memorable experiences for customers who value expert guidance and personal attention.

We are recruiting for full‑time or part‑time (minimum 3 days per week, including Saturdays on a rota).
Key Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For
- Cruise & Escorted Tour Experience.
- We expect a high standard of customer service, ensuring every client receives a seamless and positive experience.
- The role requires strong communication skills, with confidence engaging with customers both face‑to‑face and over the phone.

Role Responsibilities
- Selling holidays across cruise, touring and wider travel categories.
- Processing customer bookings and managing all associated administration.
- Handling amendments, resolving issues and ensuring smooth holiday arrangements.
- Making welcome‑home and outbound customer calls.
- Identifying concierge and upsell opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Brand promotion where applicable.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional workspace at all times.
