About the Role
Piglets Adventure Farm is looking for enthusiastic, high-energy individuals to bring our Magical Sleigh Rides Experience to life.
This isn't your average seasonal job; it’s a completely unique and immersive experience set in the Yorkshire countryside that welcomes 32,000 yearly guests. Our Elves are the heartbeat of the magic - guiding our families through an enchanting 1.5 hour journey (plus extra festive fun in our enchanted Woodland Village). From boarding Elf Airlines to meeting the big man himself, you will ensure every single guest leaves with unforgettable memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide through the journey: Lead groups of excited families through the multi-stage, 1.5 hour magical experience in Elf Airlines and the Woodland Village.
- Bring the magic: Stay in character, deliver scripts with enthusiasm and inject fun, joy, and festive spirit into every interaction.
- Welcome guests aboard: Assist with the smooth operation of Elf Airlines, making sure the journey is seamless from takeoff to landing (just wait until you see our sleigh)!
- Spread joy: Interact closely with children and adults, adapting your energy to keep the festive atmosphere believable all day long.
What We Are Looking For
We want individuals who can naturally capture the imagination of both children and adults. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A performing background: Experience in acting, performance, musical theatre or general entertainment is highly desirable.
- Experience working with children: Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without the excitement of children and we need candidates who can keep this magic alive.
- High energy and resilience: The Christmas season is fast paced! You need to maintain your enthusiasm and Elf energy throughout the entirety of your shift.
- A team player attitude: You'll be working closely with a dedicated crew of festive performers to keep the magic seamless.

Characters
Below are 3 character descriptions in which our many roles fit into. Which one do you resonate with most?
Red characters – Santa is always impressed with their infectious and never ending energy. Must be great at entertaining all ages (children and adults alike). Great at improvisation and interacting in a natural way.
Green characters – Friendly and practical. Always there to help with a polite smile. They have a sweet demeanor and are very dedicated to their work for the big man. A whizz on a till and carrying out requests.
Gold characters – Completely believable. They have a sparkle in their eye and their magic is evident. Very proactive, organised and endearing. Would do anything to work closely alongside Santa every day of the year!
