We are now becoming an Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider – reselling and delivering NetSuite to our larger clients, alongside our existing mid-market offering. This is one of the founding hires for that practice: hands-on technical build capacity is the bottleneck in most implementations, and this is where the configuration and integration work actually gets done.

2. The Role
We're hiring a NetSuite Technical Consultant to build and configure the technical components behind our NetSuite implementations – customisations, workflows, SuiteScript, saved searches and reports. You'll work under the Senior Technical Consultant's guidance, contributing to technical data migration and integration build work.
You'll bring genuine, hands-on NetSuite technical delivery experience to engagements that are already familiar territory for Blulotus – multi-entity consolidation, complex integrations, and ERP migrations for growing, often acquisitive, businesses.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Building and configuring NetSuite customisations using SuiteScript 2.x, Suitelets, and Map/Reduce scripts, alongside workflows, saved searches and reports.
- Building integrations via SuiteTalk/RESTlets and deploying customisations through the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), under the Senior Technical Consultant's guidance.
- Contributing to technical data migration and integration build work under the Senior Technical Consultant's guidance.
- Supporting testing, cutover and hypercare for go-lives, including script performance and governance-limit troubleshooting.
- Troubleshooting technical issues raised by clients or the functional team.
- Documenting technical configuration and building reusable delivery assets.
- Working alongside the Functional Consultant to translate business requirements into technical build.
3. What You'll Bring
We need genuine, current NetSuite technical build experience from day one – this is a hands-on delivery role, not a supervisory one.
- 3-5 years' hands-on NetSuite technical delivery experience.
- Hands-on NetSuite development experience – SuiteScript 2.x, Suitelets, Map/Reduce scripts, workflows – gained across real implementations.
- Exposure to building integrations (SuiteTalk/RESTlets) and/or deploying via SDF.
- Experience contributing to technical data migration and integration build work.
- Comfortable supporting testing, cutover and hypercare through to go-live.
- A troubleshooter's mindset – happy fielding technical issues directly from clients or the functional team.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g. SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteFoundation).
Nice to have:
- Understanding of NetSuite's governance limits and script performance trade-offs.
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g. Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Experience building reusable delivery assets or playbooks in a consultancy setting.
- Big 4 or comparable consultancy background.
- Experience implementing NetSuite in a SaaS, Professional Services, and/or Financial Services/FinTech environment.

Pay: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
