We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our team on active construction sites temporarily. You will be working alongside experienced tradespeople assisting with the installation of structural metal beams and metal flooring systems. This is a physically demanding role suited to someone who takes pride in doing a job safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the manual handling and positioning of structural steel beams
- Supporting the installation of metal decking and flooring systems
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following site-specific health & safety procedures at all times
- Carrying out general labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential – candidates without a CSCS card will not be considered)
- Previous experience in construction labouring, ideally in steelwork or structural work
- Good understanding of site health & safety practices
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy materials
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable (Not Essential)
- FLT Card
- Experience with metal decking or structural steel installations
- Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, steel toe-cap boots)
Pay: £250.00-£350.00 per day
