Job description - the role
What you’ll be doing
Working within Nationwide’s End user Service & Colleague Technology team you will be required to complete several general administration tasks. This will include Monitoring Mailbox’s, Supporting User’s via Teams and Viva Engage, pointing colleagues in the right direction. Our team supports every colleague in the Society with their Microsoft 365 applications every day they work. Whether it’s supporting operational processes or completing repeatable tasks, the role will be very fast paced & attention to detail will be paramount.

What’s the essential and measurable experience and skills required to do this job?
- Follow standard processes and procedures, adhering to company policy
- Manage a high workload on a daily basis
- Friendly approach, good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Work towards maintaining high performance with a combination of productivity and quality
- Demonstrate proficient IT skills, adapt to using multiple applications across a variety of processes
- Experience of Microsoft 365 applications (such as Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage etc.)
- Work well within a department to complete multiple requests for colleagues & stakeholders
- Attention to detail and data accuracy is essential
- Writing & sending emails
