Solaia Spa is located within the fabulous five star Hillbark Hotel, with 17 bedrooms, the smallest five star in the UK is looking for a part-time (approx 16 hours per week) experienced Spa & Beauty Therapist who is educated to Level 3 to join the team.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding treatments with personal attention, to ensure the wellbeing of each individual. We pride ourselves in delivering the very best customer service and our staff excel at what they do and all share the same passion for excellence.As a Spa & Beauty Therapist for this stunning property, the ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Previous of at least 12 months experience in a salon or spa
- Experience in delivering high quality nail treatments, including gel polish, BIAB, some nail art.
- Possess the highest level of standards in regards to both carrying out treatments and the cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa
- Have a genuine passion for nails and beauty industry
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Be flexible to help colleagues in other areas of the Spa
- Show enthusiasm, passion for your profession and be self-motivated
- Have a kind and welcoming but professional manner
- Proven ability to increase business and maintain existing client relationships
- Have an attention to personal appearance and presentation
- Possess the ability to hold individual consultations and prescribe the bespoke course of treatment needed, with an excellent understanding of product knowledge in order to up-sell products
- Be open minded and dedicated in regards to new training opportunities.
Salary dependent on skill/experience and can be discussed at interview.
