Within this role, you will be expected to support the teaching staff in enabling the pupils to gain their independence, participate fully in the curriculum and the general life of the school.
The school provide education for Surrey children from 3-19 with with ASD (Autism, Communication and Interaction Needs) and/or Severe Learning Disabilities.
The school takes a highly personalised, developmental approach to learning, focusing on:

The ideal graduate will:
- Predicted/Hold a degree (2:2 or above) - Psychology-based degree desirable
- Be supportive, friendly, and approachable.

- Hold experience working with young people (preferable, but not essential)
- Have a creative and reflective mindset within the classroom.
- Be able to work as part of a team
