£5,000 Welcome Bonus on Registration. We are seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of children in our home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Coastal Quality Care provides residential care for children based on a therapeutic approach. Our children may present emotional and social difficulties and some challenging behaviour at times. Qualifications:
- Level 3/4 working with children and young peoples workforce
- Level 5 Leadership and Management or working towards
- Proven experience in managing a care home
- Strong understanding of children's home regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritising the well-being of children
