We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoys delivering fresh food to exceptional standards.
The Role
You’ll lead breakfast service while ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen to the highest standard.
Working alongside the wider kitchen brigade, you’ll be responsible for maintaining prep levels, food quality and kitchen organisation before the lunch transition begins.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking fresh breakfast dishes
- Managing breakfast mise en place
- Maintaining food quality and consistency
- Working efficiently during high-volume service
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating shortages
- Following HACCP procedures and food safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised section
- Supporting the wider kitchen team throughout the day
- Assisting with prep for later services where required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Experience within a busy fresh food kitchen
- Strong organisation and time management
- Passion for quality food
- Calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong food hygiene knowledge
- Reliable with excellent punctuality
- Full availability including weekends
