Join our team as a Commercial Kitchen Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining a spotless, safe, and welcoming culinary environment.
In this position, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all kitchen areas are impeccably clean, sanitised, and organized to support seamless food preparation and service. Your dedication to hygiene and attention to detail will help uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in our restaurant or hospitality setting, creating a positive experience for both staff and guests.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and storage areas
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of floors by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Cleaning and degreasing extraction canopy
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting moderate loads
Once per fortnight work, 4 hrs each for 2 people or 7-8 hours for one person.
Flexibility with when the job is carried out as it is out of trading hours and can be anytime on a Sunday or a Monda, or overnight by arrangement
Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
