The Lamb and Flag on St Giles is looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our existing managment team.
Serving a range of local products from excellent coffee through to the perfect pint, there’s bound to be something for everyone. With a tasty food offering to boot, and some fantastic events in the pipe line, The Lamb will surely be back with a bang!
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team. As a Duty Manager at The Lamb you’ll be the face of the business – you’ll be outgoing and friendly to all customers, from their first visit to their hundredth. You’ll be a keen learner, and support the management team with running a great business. You’ll be in charge of running services and make sure the business runs smoothly in the absence of your GM & AM. You’ll know your stuff when it comes to health and safety and cellar management, and be able to carry out daily admin tasks.
