Working Cleaning Supervisor – Chalfont St. Peter (Afternoons)

We’re looking for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to both clean and supervise a small team of 2 cleaners at a lovely junior school in Chalfont St. Peter.
What you’ll do:
- Work alongside your team, carrying out cleaning tasks to a high standard including mopping, dusting - general cleaning tasks including the toilets and washrooms. Take pride in ensuring classrooms and facilities are spotless for the next day!
- Motivate and support your colleagues to deliver excellent results
- Oversee all areas of the school cleaning and ensure nothing is missed
- Lead with pride, calmness, and confidence

- A hardworking, reliable team player

- Calm under pressure, with a “can do” attitude
- Proud of high standards and not afraid to get stuck in
The details:
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 3.30pm–5.30pm (term time, 39 weeks)
- Pay: £14.50 per hour
- Holiday: Full entitlement + bank holidays (holidays only to be taken during school close down periods)
- Location: Denham Lane, Chalfont St. Peter, Gerrards Cross, Bucks, SL9 0EW
This is a permanent position and the pay is monthly.
