Grange Hill House is a beautiful residential care home set in extensive grounds in Hunnington, Halesowen and provides a high quality of person-centred care and support to our 36 residents.
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, passionate and committed night care assistants to provide a high level of care and support, enabling our residents to live the life they choose. You'll assist with nightly tasks including personal care, motivating and encouraging choice and participation, and you'll make sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. Whether you're helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of life, you'll always have the resident's well-being in mind above anything else.

We have a number of shifts available, full or part-time guaranteed hours, or occasional hours if you prefer working with flexibility.
Hourly rate: Starting at £13.03 per hour
Hours: 24 (includes alternate weekend shifts)
Qualifications: Ideally the Care Certificate or NVQ 2 or 3 in care
