Sandersons Department Store is an independent luxury boutique department store offering an exceptional shopping experience. We stock a collection of premium brands including Chanel, Barbour, Valentino and many more.
We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, inspiring environment for both our customers and our team.
We are looking for someone who has previous retail supervisory or senior sales experience, has excellent communication and leadership skills, is confident motivating and developing a team and is flexible to work weekends. Working closely with the store manager, you will play a key role in leading the sales team, maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the store.
This is a hands on role for someone who leads by example, enjoys working in a fast paced retail environment and is passionate about luxury fashion and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
