Summary
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team at Pencnwc Holiday Park. Located in a vibrant holiday environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while contributing to the friendly atmosphere that defines our park.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service in the bar area, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve drinks and beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, following food safety guidelines.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
