Tailor‑Made Cleaning Limited is a family‑run business established in 2003, specialising in high‑level commercial window cleaning across London and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced window cleaner to join our specialist access team. You must be confident using on‑site cradle access systems and reach and wash equipment across a range of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate on‑site cradle access systems safely and efficiently
- Carry out traditional and reach and wash window cleaning
- Work across various commercial sites
- Follow all working‑at‑height and site safety procedures
- Use our proof‑of‑delivery system and provide photos for each job completed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience using cradle access systems
- SAEMA Part One certification preferred
- Strong safety awareness and professionalism
- Good spoken English for safety communication and site instructions
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance
- Able to work independently and represent the company well on client sites
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm
- £30,721 per annum including attendance bonus (hourly rate £14.77)
- Weekend overtime available: £132.50 per day (7am–1pm)
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
