Warranty Administrator
W R Davies Peugeot & Citroën – Prestatyn
W R Davies is a long-established, multi-award-winning automotive group, representing leading vehicle brands across Wales and the surrounding region. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Peugeot & Citroën team in Prestatyn.
This is an important role within our Service department, responsible for the accurate and timely administration of warranty claims and related invoicing. You’ll work closely with the Service team and manufacturers to ensure claims are submitted correctly and in line with manufacturer and W R Davies procedures.
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm.
Key responsibilities
- Process warranty and retail invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements.
- Work closely with the Service team to monitor and manage work in progress.
- Liaise with manufacturers to resolve submission queries and make any necessary corrections.
- Reconcile paid warranty claims and maintain accurate records.
- Keep up to date with warranty bulletins and communicate relevant information to Technicians and colleagues.
- Check job cards to ensure they meet warranty standards and manufacturer requirements.
- Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation.
- Follow W R Davies policies, procedures and manufacturer guidelines at all times.
About you
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications.
