**You are paid £25 per job that you attend. This will average £250 to £500 a month.
We require someone to assist with property viewings and move-ins in Boston.
- You need to have a car.
For each assignment you may be asked to:
- show prospective tenants around the property
- speak to the tenants and obtain documents
- answer or relay any questions to the office
- secure the properties.
- You will need to use the keys stored at the property to allow property inspections
- Check the condition of properties
- Collect items or signing sheets
- Send back photos and information to the main office
- Complete a brief report
- Obtain a signature
- Give access and move in tenants
A lot of the jobs are quite last minute and take place in the early evenings
