Salary: £65,000-£85,000 depending on PQE

The opportunity
A well established, top 100, legal 500 ranked, UK law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Associate into its Bristol office. This role offers access to a broad mix of high quality work within a collaborative and supportive team.
You will work alongside experienced real estate lawyers on a varied caseload, with exposure to both public and private sector clients.

The role
You will handle a range of non-contentious commercial property matters, including:
- Property development work
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Asset and estate management (including national portfolios)
- Commercial property support for sectors such as charities and education
You will have the opportunity to lead on matters while working closely with senior lawyers, and play a part in maintaining and growing client relationships.
Experience required
- Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial property
- Background in handling a range of real estate transactions
- Experience advising a mix of clients, including corporates and institutional investors
- Strong technical skills with a commercial approach
- Confident managing client relationships
- Some supervisory experience helpful but not essential
