Riverside Lodge Hotel is currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Front of House Waiting Staff to join our growing team.
Whether serving guests in the popular Riverside Bar & Grill, delivering exceptional service at weddings and special events, or helping create unforgettable experiences across the hotel. You'll be at the heart of what makes Riverside Lodge a fantastic place to visit.

About the Role
As a member of our Front of House team, no two days are the same. One day you could be serving lunch in the Riverside Bar & Grill, and the next helping deliver a beautiful wedding or large-scale event.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to the highest standards.
- Set up and prepare restaurant and event spaces.
- Assist with weddings, conferences, private events and celebrations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service.
- Ensure tables are fully prepared and reset promptly.
- Handle guest enquiries professionally and confidently.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams.
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety procedures.
- Help create a positive and memorable guest experience.
