Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction teams, ensure safety standards are maintained, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The Construction Site Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of construction activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimise productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately for compliance purposes.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the construction industry, with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
- Demonstrable experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current health and safety legislation relevant to construction sites.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
