Role: Afterschool Club Leader, The White House Kids Club
Location: Redhill School, Ockbrook
Hourly Rate: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (+ holiday pay at 12.069%)
Hours per week: 15 hours
Working Patterns: 3-6pm, Monday - Friday during school term time

Are you energetic, creative and passionate about working with children?
We're looking for enthusiastic Club Leaders to join our growing team at Redhill School run (by The White House Kids Club), helping us create engaging after-school experiences.
Every day is different at Kids Club. From arts and crafts, to outdoor games and themed activities, you'll play a key role in making the after-school club exciting, safe and memorable for every child.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading fun, engaging activities for children
- Encouraging children to make friends, build confidence and try new experiences
- Supporting children's wellbeing and ensuring they have a fantastic time
- Supervising indoor and outdoor play
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
- Working closely with other team members to deliver exciting themed programmes
- Supporting meal times and daily routines
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Essential Requirements
- Ability to work throughout school term time.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable
- Experience working with primary aged school children
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare (training will be provided if no prior experience)
- Experience working in a holiday club, school, sports coaching or childcare setting
