We are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who wants to be part of our journey.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly.
Working closely with the team, customers and suppliers, the successful candidate will coordinate the complete order journey—from customer orders and purchasing through to logistics, dispatch and after-sales support.
This is a varied, hands-on role which offers exposure to various steps within our supply chain.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a customer service, service coordination or office administrator role
- Experience using Sage 50 or 200.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.
Desirable Experience
- Purchasing and supplier management.
- Inventory or stock control.
- Courier or freight booking systems.
- Import/export administration.
- Laboratory, scientific, engineering, healthcare or technical distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately using Sage 50.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial order to dispatch and through to after-sales support.
- Raise purchase orders with UK and international suppliers.
- Monitor supplier lead times and stock availability.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Produce picking lists, delivery notes and shipping documentation.
- Arrange UK and international courier and freight bookings.
- Assist with picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch when required.

What We Offer
- Salary of £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience
- 23 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Long-service holiday reward, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 12 days' annual leave after one year's service (pro rata)
