Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily online service workflows, customer support tasks, and administrative coordination
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and service partners
- Monitor service requests, task progress, documentation, and operational updates
- Support online platform updates, client communication, and service quality tracking
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, workflow summaries, and performance updates
- Assist with team coordination, resource planning, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Support process improvements to improve service speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in online services, digital operations, customer support, administration, service delivery, or business coordination
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with clients, online platforms, vendors, or digital service teams is an advantage
