Domiciliary Care Assistants – Flexible Hours
Location: ST5 and surrounding areas
Pay: £12.90 per hour, plus paid travel time
Hours: Flexible – mornings, afternoons and evenings
Start time: From 8:00am
Finish time: Up to 10:00pm
L&T Healthcare Ltd is looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants who live in or around the ST5 area.
You will visit clients in their own homes and provide person-centred support to help them remain safe, comfortable and independent.
Your duties may include:
- Assisting clients with showering, washing and personal hygiene
- Helping clients to dress and prepare for the day
- Preparing breakfast and other light meals
- Supporting or prompting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans
- Assisting with toileting and continence needs
- Supporting clients with mobility and safe movement around the home
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Completing light household duties, such as washing dishes and tidying
- Encouraging independence and respecting each client’s choices
- Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Keeping accurate care records after each visit

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support can be provided. Applicants should be dependable, compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality care.
