We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to relocate to Bermuda, and join an established, private homecare branch in Hamilton.
The branch is owned by two UK/US Nationals, and it is established as the islands leading private homecare branch. The branch provides Nursing Care, complex care, companionship and support across the island, and the office consists of a strong team already.
Due to wanting to maintain quality standards, we are looking for someone with a good background in clinical management/homecare management, from the UK, who can continue to deploy good practices on the Island.
You will receive the following (and this will be discussed on interview):
- Chance to holiday and see the branch.
- Support with Visa/Drivers License conversion
- Meet both UK directors HERE in UK first
- Relocation allowance

Process:
- If interested, and deemed suitable, a zoom call with Katie Griffin principal recruiter for the organisation
- Video Call with branch owners
- Arranged meeting with directors, with presentation
- Final Stage in person chat
- Offer, and if successful, arrangement of holiday and processing documents
We are looking to start someone in the next 3-4 months, but we also understand it has to be right for you, so we will assist you every step of the way.
INDPERM
Experience/Quals Required:
- Qualified Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD Preferred
- NVQ 5 Leadership and Management Essential
- Drivers License (driving essential on the Island)
- Minimum 2 years experience in clinical management
