We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Partnerships Manager (BPO Solutions) to drive strategic business growth across the UK market. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record of developing and closing enterprise partnerships, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering complex BPO or business solutions to large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations across the UK.
- Build and manage relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Drive enterprise sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that support long-term business growth.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution development to negotiation and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored BPO and workforce solutions.
- Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a strong industry network.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or supply chain solutions sales.
- Proven experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise organizations.
- Background working within medium-sized or large organizations.
- Strong business development, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing high-value strategic partnerships.
- Extensive experience within the UK market and an established network of enterprise decision-makers.
- Experience working with international markets is highly desirable.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in BPO, outsourcing, workforce solutions, consulting, technology services, or enterprise solutions sales are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay: £200.00-£300.00 per day
