This is a genuine opportunity to grow with a business that is expanding. We are not just looking for someone to fill a role — we are looking for someone who wants to build a career with us. As the business grows, so will the opportunities available to the right person, including increases in pay, additional responsibilities, and the potential to step into a supervisory or senior production role.
The Role
Based in our production kitchen, you will be part of a small, close-knit team responsible for making our products to a consistently high standard. The work is hands-on and varied, and no two days are exactly the same. You will be trained on all our products and procedures from day one.

Some flexibility may be required during busy production periods.

- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and production areas to food safety standards
- Following food safety procedures at all times

What We Are Looking For
- Basic cooking knowledge or previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food production environment
- A current Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
- A genuine understanding of cleanliness and food safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking — someone we can count on
- Able to work on your feet in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Flexible when production needs require it
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay, with pay reviews as your skills and contribution grow
- A Tuesday to Saturday working pattern
- Full training on all our products and procedures — no experience with arancini needed
- A clear path to a full-time permanent position for the right person
- Real opportunities for pay progression and advancement into a senior or supervisory production role as the business expands
- The chance to be part of an ambitious, growing food business from an early stage
Previous experience in a kitchen, bakery, catering, or food production setting is helpful, but it is not essential. What matters most is reliability, cleanliness, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
