THE ROLE & TEAM
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the region's leading Employment teams. You'll advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you'll play an important role in developing client relationships, supporting the growth of the team and mentoring junior colleagues, while working alongside recognised employment law specialists.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Advising employers on the full range of employment law matters.
Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution.
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
Advising on restructures, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE and employment due diligence.
Building and developing strong client relationships.
Contributing to business development and networking activities.
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a talented and commercially minded employment lawyer who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering excellent client service.
You'll ideally have:
Significant post-qualification experience in employment law.
Strong technical knowledge across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Experience advising employer clients.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and collaborative approach.
An interest in business development and growing client relationships.
Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
